Dealing with Aggressive Behavior on Wednesday March 25th from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM in Room 109, Kaplan University, 1821 K Street (parking available in the lot on the south side of the building). Our facilitator is Ron Scheidt who presented a personal safety training for us last year. This training will be helpful in dealing with aggressive parents or other team members.
