Scare at the Fair
Southeast Nebraska CASA would like to invite you to participate in the 9th Annual Scare at the Fair. Scare at the Fair is an event for all in the community to attend on October 31st – Halloween. The event offers family-friendly activities in a safe environment for all children in Seward County. This year, CASA is partnering with Foster Friends. The event proceeds provide funding to these organizations to enrich the lives of youth in our communities.
We would like you to consider hosting a booth to promote your business at this ‘spook-tacular’ event. We will provide you with a prime location in the Seward County Ag Pavilion. We will also advertise your business on flyers, posters and online as one participating in the event. We ask that your incorporate some sort of candy or give-away item at your booth so that the children may visit you for tricks or treats. You may also choose to give away some sort of coupon or promotional flier regarding your business. CASA will be providing, fun activities and the VFW will be serving a hot dog meal.
Your business will have access to 2,000+ children and adults. Every year we break our previous attendance record and we don’t foresee any exception to this trend. We encourage you to promote your business at the event and provide incentives for those you see to return to your storefront. If you are unable to host a booth, we would appreciate your consideration of a monetary donation to the youth in Seward County.
